hello, kind people. it's been quite a while, hasn't it...?

alright, this is an IMPORTANT NOTE concerning this journal. i have no plans to continue posting to this account. alot of stuff is changing in my life, and i don't want to delete what i've written, but simply have a clean slate so that i won't be held down by something that no longer properly represents me.

so to the two readers out there who gave this lj the time of day, i am truly thankful. i may make one further post here to redirect viewers to my new site, when its made (still an lj, of course!). so, yeah, see ya!

ok...i'm thinking of re-designing my journal...or at least how its written! i'm thinking of giving this thing an omake theme...a comic for each fun day of the week!

how dare i talk about omake when i haven't even finished introducing my series! i guess it is more for my developing the characters and designs then for it making sense...i want to bring confusion in all your lives!eheh...

oh and does anyone deeply hate those autobiographic manga pieces people sometimes do? i am seriuosly considering making my journal mostly visual, so speak now! and yes, the 1st ten pages will soon come...

so busy, i haven't even had time to finish my comic page! and there was only supposed to be one more before i started with the toner! oh, well. with school and all, i just really need to get stuff together. my art class is going really well, so far, so i think i might take some time to develop my style a bit more there, trying out different stuff and doing omake and such...i so need to get a rhythm to my drawing! and writing! alrighty...GO!!!

i have not forgotten you, my journal!that's about everything, tho...wah!why is the summer ending so quickly? why, i ask you~~~!!!!!!!!!!

hopefully, the toner i ordered today will soon arrive, maybe even 36 hours after the order was confirmed! boy oh boy, THE TENSION IS BUILDING!AND MOUNTING, EVEN!>:D (its supposed to be a smiley. eheh...)

now on to other exciting news:
i will now try, again, to write about NINE LIVES, in the form of something that may or may not be a synopsis.

CHARACTER SETUP/ STORY SETTING
this girl, suki(from canada), arrives in jigoku.(it is a town in japan, but isn't quite actually a japanese town. but not really like an alternate universe, either...just a town placed for convenience. don't overthink it.)a character introduced to her is the series' narrator,himeko.
STORY SETUP
part of a curse,suki tranforms into what will soon become a catspirit, an powerful being fated to live 900 years in what could surely be social isolation.when a predecessor cat-spirit passes their life power to complete the new spirit's transformation,the new spirits are often affected for the worse by their new invincibility... apparently there are 8 others in her current position, and many other spirit types.
by chance, she soon meets kai (also a catspirit-to-be)...
AND SO...
the future doesn't look bright at all for suki...or anyone else, for that matter... except himeko (she's doing fine!)


THERE!have you learned something better about this story, now? i sure hope so...!

I HAVE A BRAND NEW COMPUTER, PEOPLE! MADE IN THE NEW MILLENIUM (2000)......but still i am actually entralled...really!YAY!although i bet most people don't still own a computer from the early 90s, it did hold up for all this time...:)

when i gave my NINE LIVES "synopsis", it wasn't really a synopsis at all of the whole series, but kind of a summary of the first chapter, before much plot info is disclosed. there is MUCH more to the series than that...i hope it will come across that way!

sadly, it will probably take a gazillion years to put into comic form all my ideas for this one comic series alone...lucky i'm getting started now!

i've been thinking alot about the purpose of having this page to call my own.
when i finish my newesr manga chapter, i intend to put up some sample pages, if i ever learn how (see entry below). i expect to be done the chapter around early september, so i'll see how it goes!

by the way: if anyone is wondering, my comic actually DOES have a synopsis, however vague. it's called nine lives, i plan to make it a serial, and get a regular work scedule going...

everywhere she goes there is some marketing scam, and then she turns into a *gasp* catgirl....
